Welcome to UnBelizeable!
We help users research and book authentic Belizean experiences, post reviews of those experiences, and discover the best of Belize through our platform. However, we are not a travel or tour agency, and we do not provide such experiences ourselves. When you make a booking, you will be purchasing a tour, ticket, rental, or other service directly from the local Belizean third-party supplier.
These Terms of Service apply to any use of UnBelizeable's services. Please read them carefully, as they contain important information concerning your legal rights and limitations on these rights, as well as a section regarding applicable Belize law and jurisdiction of disputes. By accessing or using UnBelizeable's services, you are indicating that you have read these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, you are not permitted to access or use the services.
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms of service, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (collectively, the "Terms of Service") set out the terms on which UnBelizeable Tours ("UnBelizeable", "we", "us, "our") provides services (the "Services") through UnBelizeable's booking platform (the "Platform") as made available through our website (www.unbelizeabletours.com, together with all related domains and mobile applications, collectively referred to as the "Website"). When we refer to "you", we mean any person that accesses or uses the Services. UnBelizeable is not a travel or tour agency, nor is it a supplier of tours, activities, or experiences. When you make a booking, you are using the Platform to contract with local Belizean third-party suppliers.
1.2 These Terms of Service govern your relationship with us regarding your use of the Services, including any bookings you make for any tour, ticket, attraction, activity, rental, and/or experience (described in these Terms of Service as an "Experience") that is advertised on the Website and is made available by a third-party supplier (each, a "Product").
1.3 By using or accessing the Services, making a Product booking ("Book", "Booking"), and/or creating an account on the Website (an "UnBelizeable Account"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service without modification, and you represent that you have read and understood them. For all Booking arrangements, the person making the Booking shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service on behalf of all persons named in the Booking.
1.4 We may update or otherwise modify these Terms of Service at any time, and you understand and agree that your continued access or use of the Services after such change signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service. We will note the date that updates were last made at the top of this page, and the updated Terms of Service will take effect upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to review the most current version of the Terms of Service.
1.5 The Website may contain automatic translations powered by third-party services. We do not guarantee the accuracy of these translations and they are provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
2. Use of the Services
2.1 As a condition of your use of the Services, you represent and warrant that: a) All information supplied by you in using the Services is true, accurate, current, and complete b) You are 18 years of age or older to use the Website and make bookings c) You possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms of Service and to use the Services d) You will use the Website to make only legitimate bookings for yourself or others for whom you are legally authorized to act e) You will inform such other persons about these Terms of Service that apply to the bookings you make on their behalf
2.2 Your use of the Services is permitted by UnBelizeable only for personal, non-commercial use and/or to make legitimate requests to book the Products offered. You agree not to use these Services to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
2.3 You further represent and warrant that you: a) Are not currently suspended and have not previously been banned by UnBelizeable from using the Services b) Are not acting on behalf of a competitor of UnBelizeable c) Will not create multiple UnBelizeable Accounts d) Have full power and authority to enter into this legally binding agreement
2.4 We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to the Services to anyone at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms of Service.
2.5 In accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. UnBelizeable does not endorse such content and cannot vouch for its accuracy. You therefore access and use the Website at your own risk.
3. UnBelizeable Accounts
3.1 You may need to create an UnBelizeable Account and provide information about yourself to use certain features of the Website, particularly when making a Booking. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your UnBelizeable Account password and login credentials

All activities that occur under your account

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
3.2 Your UnBelizeable Account is for your personal use only. You may not:

Impersonate any person or entity

Create an account for anyone other than yourself

Provide an email address or personal details other than your own

Create multiple accounts

Transfer your account to another person

Share your account credentials with others
3.3 We may terminate or suspend access to your UnBelizeable Account or ability to use the Services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without notice or liability. Examples include, but are not limited to:

Non-payment of fees

Abusive behavior toward suppliers or our staff

3.4 Account termination may result in:

Deletion of your account and all related information

Barring from future use of the Services
4. Website Prohibited Activities
4.1 The content and information on the Website (including, but not limited to, messages, data, information, text, photos, graphics, video, maps, icons, software, code, or other material, collectively described as the "Website Content"), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such Website Content, is proprietary to us. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any Website Content.
4.2 You agree that you will not and will not assist or enable others to:
a) Use the Website or Website Content for any commercial or unlawful purpose
b) Access, monitor, or copy any Website Content using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means or manual process without our express written permission
c) Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on the Website or bypass other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Website
d) Take any action that imposes, or may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
e) Deep-link to any portion of the Website without our express written permission
f) "Frame", "mirror" or otherwise incorporate any part of the Website into any other website
g) Attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software used on our Website
h) Use the Website to:

Threaten, harass, or cause distress to another person

Submit or transmit spam or bulk messages

Promote discrimination or hatred

Violate any third-party rights

6.1 User Content includes but is not limited to:

6.2 By submitting User Content, you grant UnBelizeable a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right to:

Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and translate such content

Display and distribute content throughout Belize and worldwide

Create derivative works
-
Use the content for marketing and promotional purposes

Use your name in connection with your content
6.3 You acknowledge and agree that:

User Content is non-confidential and non-proprietary

UnBelizeable may display advertisements alongside your content

You are not entitled to compensation for such advertisements

UnBelizeable may remove any content that violates these terms

You are solely responsible for your content
7. Products and Booking Reservations
7.1 UnBelizeable provides the Platform through which you can enter into a contract with a third-party supplier of a Product ("Supplier"). Important points include:

UnBelizeable is not a supplier of any Product

Your contract for any Product is directly with the applicable Supplier

All Suppliers are independent Belizean businesses or licensed guides

We act as a disclosed agent on behalf of the Supplier
7.2 The provision of the Product you Book will be subject to:

Terms and conditions displayed on the Website for such Product

Information provided during the Booking process
-
The Supplier's own terms and conditions
-
Applicable Belize tourism laws and regulations
7.3 Before Booking, you should:

Carefully read all Product descriptions and requirements

Review any physical fitness or age requirements

Check pickup locations and timing
-
Verify any special requirements (e.g., certification for diving)

Contact us with any questions that may influence your booking decision
8. Pricing and Payments
8.1 Pricing Information:

All prices are quoted in USD and BZD
-
All listed prices include Belize's 12.5% General Sales Tax (GST)

Prices are based on local supplier rates
-
Prices include our 10% platform fee

Prices include 3% payment processing fee
-
Exchange rates between USD and BZD are updated daily

Prices may vary based on season (high season, low season, holidays)

Group rates and child pricing may apply where specified
8.2 Additional Fees and Taxes:

Equipment rental fees unless specified as included in the listing (paid directly to supplier)

Additional activities or services not included in the original booking

Any personal purchases or upgrades made during the experience

8.3 What's Generally Not Included:

Guide gratuities (recommended 15-20%)

Items of personal nature

Medication or personal care items

Additional activities not listed in the tour description
8.4 Payment Processing:

When you submit a booking request, no payment is processed until the supplier confirms your booking

Upon supplier confirmation, your card will be charged

Payment must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation, or the request may be cancelled
-
Full payment is required at least 24 hours before the service start time
-
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
-
All payments are processed in USD
-
Payment confirmation sent via email
-
Digital receipts provided for all transactions
-
Booking is not considered confirmed until payment is received
8.5 Currency and Exchange Rates:

Primary display currency is USD

BZD prices shown for reference (fixed rate of 1 USD = 2 BZD)

Bank exchange rates and fees are independent of our rates

International transaction fees may apply from your bank

Currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer
8.6 Billing Verification:

Billing address must match payment method

Additional verification may be required for large purchases

We reserve the right to cancel bookings that fail verification

Fraudulent activity will be reported to authorities

Charge-backs will result in booking cancellation
8.7 Group Bookings and Volume Pricing:

9. Cancellations and Modifications
9.1 Standard Cancellation Policy:

9.2 Supplier Cancellations:

9.3 Booking Modifications:

Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance

9.4 No-Shows:

Defined as arriving 15+ minutes late

No refund for no-shows

Rescheduling at supplier's discretion

Must contact supplier if running late
10. Health, Safety, and Documentation
10.1 Required Documentation:

10.2 Health and Safety:

12.2 THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, SOFTWARE, PLATFORM, AND SERVICES PUBLISHED ON OR PROVIDED VIA THE SERVICES MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR ERRORS. UNBELIZEABLE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF, AND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR, ANY ERRORS OR INACCURACIES RELATING TO THE INFORMATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (INCLUDING PRICING, AVAILABILITY, PHOTOGRAPHS, FEATURES, SAFETY INFORMATION, AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS).
12.3 UNBELIZEABLE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES FOR ANY PURPOSE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
12.4 THE SUPPLIERS ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND NOT AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF UNBELIZEABLE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

Acts, errors, or omissions of any supplier

Personal injury or property damage resulting from supplier activities

Any loss due to supplier cancelation or changes

Weather-related issues affecting services

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Travel delays or transportation issues

Issues arising from equipment use or malfunction
12.5 IN NO EVENT SHALL UNBELIZEABLE BE LIABLE FOR:

Direct damages exceeding the amount paid for the booking in question

Indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Lost profits or business interruption

Emotional distress

13. Intellectual Property
